- Strategies you can use to visualize a better life. Ask yourself, “How do I want to feel? How do I want to feel when I wake up in the morning?”
- Why it’s important to acknowledge your feelings and accept them. Remember—we cannot have happiness without sadness.
Kelly’s top tips for letting go of “good enough”:
- Recognize when you’re unhappy—and admit it. Women often struggle to admit when they aren’t happy, but it’s an important first step to take.
- Understand that you can be grateful for what you have, but also want more from life!
- Allow yourself to dream, without any restriction, about what your ideal life looks like. And then follow that dream.
